Pragmaticum Ltd. takes privacy and confidentiality very seriously. We comply with the Data Protection Act 1998 and related legislation. This policy explains how we use information about those who visit our web-site, provide us with information about a potential claim, and those who become our clients. By visiting our website and submitting information to us, you consent to our using your information in accordance with this policy.

Electronic information.
We do not collect personal information about website users, traffic over the site may be used by us to monitor and analyse how our site is used by visitors. The process does not, however, identify any individual person using the site. 

Your personal information
After we are instructed by a client we ask them to provide information to use which will be placed on a secure system and only acessed by authorised Pragmaticum personal and our clients.

Other than in preparing and submitting your claim Pragmaticum will not release any of your confidential or personal information to a third party or others within our organisation who are not directly involved with providing services to you. If however the course of work we carry out in delivering our services to our client we discover any situation or circumstances that meet the FSA definition of "suspicious activity" we will comply with our obligations to report such activity.
