Bob started his career in claims handling by training as a loss adjuster. He then moved on to become a loss assessor, negotiating claims on behalf of insured companies, and eventually being appointed a director of the company for which he worked, with key client account relationship responsibilities.

During this period, he acquired significant commercial loss experience which stood him in good stead in his next role – that of a senior manager in a large accounting and consultancy practice – where he was charged with raising the insurance claims services offered by the firm, with a focus on audit, corporate finance and insolvency.

His final position before joining Pragmaticum was that of client services director for another large forensic accounting group, once again focusing on insurance claims solutions.

During his career, Bob has negotiated and achieved successful settlement of many large claims. His significant breadth of experience makes a valuable contribution to the Pragmaticum team.
