 Experience
John, a former chairman of the Institute of London Underwriters, has held high level positions in a number of insurance companies including Royal Insurance Company (now part of RSA), Royal Reinsurance, Municipal Mutual, Imperial and marine reinsurance companies. He is now on the board of a number of entrepreneurial businesses.
John has always maintained a close interest in the technical aspects of insurance and for over five years has been a senior adviser to the UK Financial Services Authority. Here his considerable industry knowledge has been particularly valuable since the ‘credit crunch’ in contributing to the increased monitoring and development of regulation of the financial services sector.
Expertise
John has extensive management experience at all levels and in a variety of major companies. His approach is inspirational - he is a qualified life coach and corporate coach.
As well as bringing technical insurance expertise to Pragmaticum, he provides guidance on strategy and oversees consistent application of our quality and unconflicted ethos.
